No returns or exchanges can be accepted if the merchandise was CUSTOM produced which includes the customized bags, jewelry, tumblers, and apparel. Please Read before Purchasing an item. If the item is defective and the company was at fault we will fix the issue by either refunding you or sending out new merchandise.
